WHL Villas FY2011-12: Portfolio Grows 30%

WHL Villas finished their financial year having grown their property portfolio from under 12,000 properties to nearly 15,500 properties.


WHL Villas Director Paul Allman stated:

“We are delighted to end our financial year with such strong figures. The growth in properties is only part of the story though, our clients have seen strong bookings, even if the market was a little later this year!”

WHL Villas have set their focus on continued growth and a move into new markets and channels.

“Our Olympic 2012 suite of sites will be a big part of our development this year. And we are very excited about the launch of our ‘While You Are There’ site. For the first time a rental portal will be able to support renters through the whole planning and enjoyment of their holiday, not merely interact once a year when they book their vacation. And of course, we will be continuing to expand and add value to our holiday rental portfolio.”
